The debian/install file is your friend. See `man dh_install`. Just
"inventing" names for control files does not help. ;-)
Of course it is. I read again the dh_install but now your comment helped
me. On the previous packages there were different install files so I got
confused.
Could you please also mention where the data file was obtained from?
(Some script containing `wget <location>` possibly with some copyright
note would be fine.)
Now tests are passing. Yei! I am only adding the wget and it's ready!
