libhts-private-dev & htslib-test are at 1.10-1 while libhts-dev and libhts2 is at 1.9-12.
We are waiting on the corrected source package (1.10-2) to make a (hopefully) fast trip through the NEW queue due to the new libhts3 binary package. https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/htslib_1.10-2.html (thank you Andreas for that sponsorship) Should I upload a 1.10-2~really1.9-13 package consisting of htslib 1.9 in the mean time?
