Dear Andreas,

I've fixed the tests for the libbio-db-embl-per and
libbio-db-ncbihelper-perl packages.

This also allows libbio-variation-perl to build successfully, in addition
to libbio-procedural-perl.

Therefore it would be appreciate if you could sponsor all four packages:
libbio-db-embl-perl
libbio-db-ncbihelper-perl
libbio-variation-perl
libbio-procedural-perl
