(if someone wants to package this please ping me - I'd move this to
Debian Med first!)

Usually also advertised also advertised on tasks pages but for whatever
reason right now the packages in VCS are not displayed. That's why
I link to the development server

  http://blends.debian.net/med/tasks/bio#cellprofiler
  ^^^^^ ^^^
https org (is the official address)

(As usually all the years the Blends page works ... except if many
people are looking at it. ;-) )

Debichem is also a cooperative team.

Never heard about this.

Its just test data and may be the packages that are using thes are not
actively developed any more? At least we've lost some pb* packages in
the Python2 removal.

Interesting but more for physical applications. I doubt that this has
anything to do with Covid-19.

I gave up on this since the colleagues who asked me to package this
moved away from it.

Huh? Seems to be pretty off topic here.

There is one contribution of mine to this ITP but this packaging never
made it into our VCS. Since that's probably no beginners task I'd not
recommend to invest time into it.

I was not aware of this.

As far as I remember that's non-free

Hmmm, ITP says "packages are somehow ready". ITPer is from NeuroDebian
team and became quite inactive in last time. Not sure if it is worth
investing time into this. If you are interested you should contact
Yaroslav Halchenko first.

Never heard about this. Seems there is no active development since
googlecode was closed.

Also never heard about this.

Thanks for this list
