Hi, I've added autopkgtests for poretools. In the process I realised that a circular import was causing the package to be unusable. I've fixed this, and also fixed output for "poretools times" command which was not giving the desired result. It builds in a clean chroot with passing tests and I've pushed my changes to the team repo here[1]. Needs review and sponsorship.
