Hello, I was having a look at python-biopython reverse dependencies, and noted that the autopkgtest was failing due to a missing dependency to python3-deprecated in the control file. The change is ready for upload on Salsa:
https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/python-nanomath
This should also solve the similar issue affecting the package
python-nanoget, which depends on it, at the same time.
