Hello, While having a look at Biopython reverse dependencies, I pulled an update of insilicoseq to version 1.5.0. I also took that opportunity to investigate how to address Bio.Alphabet deprecation. Details on how to proceed are available at:

At least, I have the green light from Salsa CI. :)
