I located what I believe to be the missing test dataset in a
repository with bedtools bindings for python, which seems to
have remained at the stage of a stub project:

I'm not sure what to do about this for inclusion in the archive,
if it would be worth packaging the full suite as is, or just
grabbing the missing dataset somehow, then fix the bioperl-run
test suite.
