x86intrin.h is a catch-all, so I can't say without compiling the application with it or examining the code myself. If it compiles on amd64 then you should be fine, but a quick check with cowbuilder-dist + qemu-static is always warranted in such situations. Since it built on the Arm64 porterbox I say you are good to go!
