Sorry, but I do not understand the problem. What config files are you talking about? What is "upgrade-system"? I'm using the command `deborphan` itself just to learn what package might be a potential candidate for removal. From time to time I'm using apt purge `deborphan` but well, that's users responsibility. To learn what is really a "bug" we need more information that this quoted mail.
