For me, it isn't about the frequency but about the day and the time. The 18:00 
UTC translates to a weird time in my TZ, and on mid of the week working days, 
joining at that time is simply not feasible.

I'm okay with whatever frequency you decide (monthly or once in two weeks) but 
please take into account the time and the day. With the strategy you propose, 
I'd likely be able to join once in 7 months :)

I'd suggest to have a poll, instead with different dates and times.
