r-cran-hunspell looks also affected on armel:
r-cran-hunspell (6d 7h 31m, arm-arm-01)
python-biopython (6d 5h 16m, arm-arm-03)
also pyresample on arm64:
emboss (6d 7h 49m, arm-arm-01)
pyresample (6d 7h 9m, arm-arm-04)
and on armhf:
pyresample (6d 7h 10m, arm-arm-01)
none of which look to need that long to build.
It could be that something went off with some Arm (ltd) runners.
