RFS: libzeep version 6

The version of libzeep in Debian is almost two years old. I've prepared 
a new package and it seems to build mostly on salsa (i386 and reprotest 
fail, but both seem to fail not due to any error in libzeep as far as I 
can see).

Anyway, this should go through NEW. Anyone willing to upload? Please?
