Hi, I've harvested all low hanging fruits of "FTBFS with CMake 4" type errors.
The remaining ones are: #1112799 cmtk: FTBFS with CMake 4 which has some more serious CMake 4 issues than simply adding -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 and #1112717 ball: FTBFS with CMake 4 #1113466 relion: FTBFS with CMake 4 #1113618 vg: FTBFS with CMake 4 which all have more build issues than just the CMake 4 ones. I think relion urgently needs an upgrade (maybe / hopefully the build issues are magically solved upstream? - Roland in CC) We should probably also upgrade vg to latest upstream (Michael in CC). I'm very unsure about ball. We are severely lagging behind upstream and I'm not sure how to upgrade the package (I tried quite some time ago but it was not straightforward). We can try to fix the other RC bug (#1114056) ... but well, this would mean becoming upstream of some old codebase which is probably not sustainable. I would love if someone could spent some time into upgrading to latest upstream. This is not possible for me in the foreseable future. Kind regards Andreas. -- https://fam-tille.de
