For what it's worth, I rebuilt reverse dependencies of
python3-biopython last night.  There were no regressions
directly related to the Biopython version bump to 1.86.  The
package built without problems on all release architectures[1]
and upcoming loong64.  autopkgtest status is excellent[2] and
the package is going to benefit from migration time bonus to
Debian testing/forky.  I expect the package to migrate Saturday
or Sunday morning.
