Hello,
I must admit to never fully have grasped how these mass-transitions work when there is an API change. I nonetheless needed the r-bioc-oligo package today and could not install it from unstable. And it was outdated. And it had a dependency that is no longer in BioConductor. So I did what I thought was the right thing and updated the packages on Salsa, so I could then get it from there for my target machine.
If someone of yours could have a look at

and upload in case it is ok to upload (or tell me to upload) then I would be very happy about it.
