I've upgraded htslib, bcftools, samtooly and python-pysam in
experimental to latest upstream version. I'm tempted to upload
these packages to unstable. If anyone has a working ratt setup
and could check all rdepends this would be appreciated. My
time for Debian Med will be reduced for the next week and zero
for the following three weeks. I think it makes sense to upgrade
htslib and friends - all resulting failures need to be resolved
later.
Any thoughts?
