/usr/doc/tkman and the package maintainer duties.

Although the build dir of my package (tkman) does not contain a usr/doc dir, I 
do get that dir after installation.
Can I be assured that I have fulfilled all my duties about not installing 
anything in /usr/doc? According to lintian there are no problems with the 
package.
