I am packaging the MCBSAM package, for managing a squid proxy server. This package uses configuration files which must be set up at install time, so I have a script /usr/sbin/mcbsam-configure which is run by my postinst to do the setting up. When I run lintian on the .deb, I get the following warning: W: mcbsam: debconf-is-not-a-registry ./usr/sbin/mcbsam-configure Should I simply ignore it?
