Hi. I'm packaging a program that generates a cache in the users home directory. This cache must be erased for each new upstream release (that would not be often though). Should i place a debconf note about this in the package or should i only mention it in a README.Debian? In the packages own documentation this fact is quite hidden imho.
The package is eli, a compiler construction kit. Perhaps a little big for a first package :-) You can try it out here: deb http://www.lichtenheld.de/debian/ ./ deb-src http://www.lichtenheld.de/debian/ ./ (binary deb for i386 stable only) Greetings, Frank Lichtenheld -- Frank Lichtenheld www: http://www.djpig.de mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
