This is needed to build newer versions of restic.
I've tried to use ratt to build the other reverse build dependency of
golang-github-minio-minio-go, gitlab-ci-multi-runner, which built without
problem.
Also note that the upload targets experimental.
If the person who sponsors the upload could also give me upload permissions for
this package, that would be great!
