Because the s390x architecture is such _immensely_ widespread, and
especially of the intersection of s390x porters (very busy guys) with usual
sponsors, I just uploaded this package untested (other than a build, lintian
and so on).
The packaging looks all fine to me. There's some commented-out junk in
debian/rules but that's no boilerplate but apparently something you removed
from packaging -- that's just nitpick-level.
