Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the package "libexif", as part of my work
for the Debian Photo Tools Team.

* Package name: libexif
  Version: 0.6.21-3
  Upstream Author: Dan Fandrich <[email protected]>
* URL: http://libexif.sourceforge.net/
* License: LGPL v2.1
  Section: libs

The package builds the following binary packages:
* libexif12 - library to parse EXIF files
* libexif-dev - library to parse EXIF files (development files)
* libexif-doc - library to parse EXIF files (documentation)

To access further information about this package, please visit the following
URL:
    https://mentors.debian.net/package/libexif

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:
    dget -x
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/libe/libexif/libexif_0.6.21-3.dsc

More information about hello can be obtained from
http://libexif.sourceforge.net/

Changes since the last upload:
  * Team upload.
  * Import changes from NMU version 0.6.21-2.1.
  * Introduce libexif-doc:
    - Move the development documentation from libexif-dev to
      avoid PNG file conflicts during multi-arch installation.
    - Update the package's doc-base registration.
  * debian/control:
    - Revise package order.
    - Update package Depends lists.
  * debian/copyright:
    - Fix a formatting error.
  * debian/rules:
    - Exclude doxygen md5 files from installation during the
      'dh_installdocs' phase.
  * Do not package the AUTHORS file, since all developers are
    listed in the debian/copyright file.

Regards,
Hugh McMaster

As this version introduces a new binary package, a trip through NEW is
needed.  Uploaded.
