Control: tags -1 moreinfo Hallo Christian,
As logrotate is not (yet) orphaned, did you try to get in touch with Paul? We've ping Paul in the scope of a MIA process and it has reached a certain severity already (prod, [2]), I will support that the package will get into active maintainership soon again. However, if you did not have got a OK from Paul, you should follow the "Procedure to salvage a package" section from [1]. Of course, Paul can also chime in here (CC'ed) and tell whether it would be ok for Chritian to take over logrotate maintaince. May I also recommend to join a team for logrotate? It is quite an important package, maybe too important for be only under a single maintainer. I'd feel better if it would. Please let me know how you want to proceed! Tagging the bug moreinfo in the meantime.
