I don't know about LibreOffice (I use it about once a year), but Firefox extensions, while also supposed to be handled by the program itself, are packaged quite often. > ) and others are concerned about the maintaince ( > https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=887367#10 ). A side package of a very active upstream doesn't sound like something that's in any risk. Worst case, you'd need to steal a few icons from the main project or another theme. Also, of the two themes I maintain: * chameleon-cursor-theme: dead upstream for 11 years Fixes I had to do since then involved reducing some images to 64x64 (some drivers are buggy wrt cursors bigger than that) by shortening their shadows, and assigning a whole new set of symlinks to existing ones (KDE had an overhaul of names they expect), fortunately without needing any actual new ones. * darkcold-gtk-theme: dead upstream even before I packaged it, I had to do non-trivial upstreamish work to port it to GTK3.22. Still worth the effort as Debian didn't have any black theme (at most middle-gray). An icon theme might be more work than a cursor or window theme as whatever needs the new icon would borrow from another theme and thus look out of place. > You can have another opinion. You maintain a diverse set of packages, so a theme that's not a part of your main area has a pretty low priority. Thus, my opinion is: * neither of the concerns raised is a show-stopper, but * a decision to prioritize other packages over mere eye-candy is valid (especially when it turns out it's not as trivial as it seemed) 喵! > 2018-01-16 7:05 GMT+08:00 Adam Borowski <[email protected]>: > > On Mon, Jan 15, 2018 at 11:02:14PM +0800, Yangfl wrote: > >> I am looking for a sponsor for my package "libreoffice-style-papirus" > >> https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-libreoffice-theme > > I'm afraid that the orig tarball has a stray set of .zips in it, with all of > > the images doubled: every file stands both on its own, and inside one of the > > .zips. > > > > Thus, could you please repack the .orig? -- ⢀⣴⠾⠻⢶⣦⠀ ⣾⠁⢰⠒⠀⣿⡁ Imagine there are bandits in your house, your kid is bleeding out, ⢿⡄⠘⠷⠚⠋⠀ the house is on fire, and seven big-ass trumpets are playing in the ⠈⠳⣄⠀⠀⠀⠀ sky.
