Looks good, uploaded -- in NEW.
I don't know anything about xymon, but waiting for someone who does would
make this package stuck forever.
The lintian error has a bogus severity -- new dh debian/rules are so simple
that purging the template of comments is more a nitpick than a proof of
inadequate work. Still, it'd be nice to fix this in a future upload.
