Overall it's looking good, I am uploading it. Some minor advice:
* Please consider installing /usr/lib/*/libtpms.a in the -dev package. Someone
may prefer using the static library for their development.
The package will have to go through the NEW queue for manual review. You will
receive the result later through e-mail when the review finishes.
