Debian requires source packages for sponsoring, please read through our intro: https://mentors.debian.net/intro-maintainers Git repositories should contain only source files, no generated files, especially .deb files. In general, the Debian packaging should be in a debian/ subdir not scattered throughout the top-level dir.
