I don't think your package is called hello ;-) FTR: It is here: https://mentors.debian.net/package/libapache2-mod-authn-otp/ A short review: - The mentors pages says there is not watchfile - You need to claim the ITP, as it had become RFP due to inactivity. - The package should be maintained on salsa; let me know your username on salsa and I set up a repository in the debian/ namespace. - Standard-Version is outdated. - d/copyright I recommend *against* having different licenses for upstream and debian/*, as it makes it more difficult to e.g send patches upstream, - d/libapache2-mod-authn-otp-docs.docs list docs that do not exists.
