You merged in dgit/sid which had the effect of switching to
patches-applied, but then when you merged the new upstream version the
patch was effectively unapplied again.
I've uploaded patches-unapplied since you're not adding yourself to
Uploaders (it would have been fine to add yourself and to switch to
patches-applied).
