It's complicated^{TM}. The sponsorship docs don't actually guide people on
how to get others interested in their work, this usually causes RFSen with
basically no description of what the package actually does -- I'm not
surprised when no one replies to those.
Now I could have gone on a rant about how to do that properly, but figured:
you know what, it's easier to just CC the ITP to d-mentors too since that
ought to have the full description.
