Please try to help getting a good enough version of android-sdk into the 
archive so that you can keep building scrcpy-server.
Even if that does not happen, in my opinion you should not move the package to 
contrib. You can run the client without relying on any non-free software.
Even the server is still free software (just not packaged in Debian if this 
gets sponsored as-is).
