Is this your first multi-binary package?
If so: Splitting from debian/tmp in debian/${pkgname} is not automatic. Please
read the nm-guide/dev-reference for how to do it and the libpkg-guide for
additional instructions on what belongs where.
If not: Please excuse my irrelevant answer and underestimating your
experience.
