Sorry, there are several problems with this. First and foremost the purpose seems to make money to someone, somehow, via cryptocurrency. I'm not sure what a Debian user would gain from running this.
Moreover there's no sources. The .tar file just contains another .tar file with
a bunch of executable files. Copyright file is suspiciously short for a
gigantic
binary blob of this size.
Vendoring dependencies is not allowed. The package must contain only actual
sources and depend on anything else that it needs. This means that electron
apps really can't go because they are based on the opposite idea.
