I uploaded a -1 revision with the changelog as requested.
dget -x

The build is working normally for me using pbuilder. This build has a
tendency to run out of memory when running in parallel so it could be
that your build configuration is running out of memory and terminating
without an error message. Try reducing the number of parallel jobs or
disabling parallel build.

New packages or new versions for Debian should be '-1'. You can upload by
passing '-f' to 'dput' when you do an upload to force upload over existing
upload.
The initial changelog entry should be similar to below.
* Initial release. (Closes: #ITP_BUG_NUMBER)
Please remove the 'moreinfo' tag when replying to this message with text or to
signify a new upload.
