Hello, recently the edid-decode upstream maintainer decided to move the source from a standalone package into the v4l-utils source. I already gave the edid-decode maintainer a heads-up (#1093806) about the situation. Now after the freeze I'd like to change v4l-utils to provide the binary package. AFAIU because the v4l-utils version (1.30.1-2) is newer than the existing edid-decode version (0.1~git20220315.cb74358c2896-1.1) nothing special needs to be done on my end. As soon as the binary package migrated, I'll file an RM bug against ftp.debian.org asking to remove the old source. Because I'm just a Debian Maintainer I need a sponsor to introduce the new binary package. Could somebody please take a look and sponsor my package? Much appreciated, Gregor
