Statically typed, similar to go, can be used for scripting (#! style),
can directly include C headers and flag linker flags (similar to
FreeBASIC, but with no checks).
Includes linter (v fmt), test runner (v test), package manager (v
install) for published modules, and other tools.

Currently only builds for linux-amd64 as I haven't succeeded at testing
it on other architectures yet.
