The enca project is migrated from https://github.com/nijel/enca to https://github.com/Project-OSS-Revival/enca Both URL's point to the same sources. The current readme on salsa gives information on upstream sources. https://salsa.debian.org/debian/enca/-/blob/master/README.md?ref_type=heads#web-resources https://github.com/Project-OSS-Revival/enca/issues/68 for more details on migration.
