I'm withdrawing this RFS. The packaging is technically ready (Salsa CI green, lintian clean, all reviewer feedback addressed), but the package sits at an awkward intersection: Rust-literate DDs generally don't work in the remote desktop domain, and the remote desktop maintainers don't work in Rust. Combined with the non-free license, it's a difficult sponsorship to place.
Debian distribution is central to several of my other projects, so rather than leave this open indefinitely I'm going to pursue other avenues toward involvement in the project. The Salsa repo and packaging work are preserved, and I'll refile when the time is right. Thank you to Tobias Frost and Fabio Fantoni for their thorough and constructive reviews. That feedback genuinely improved the packaging. Greg Lamberson
