Yes, I found gpb and the Salsa CI configuration. Will work on this to get the package built in a standard way.
The file in question is templates/lib/600_flatpickr-4.6.13.js. The license information at the top is CRLF. You can see this by running `cat -A 600_flatpickr-4.6.13.js`, and looking for M$ line endings instead of just $.
