It would probably be best to exclude src/external/glfw/ and build with system-provided libglfw3-dev. This would kill two birds with one stone (as unembedding almost always does).

I just removed the glfw/ folder and the package builds fine on my end, no errors or warnings of any sort, updated packaging here: https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/raylib

I've made those changes in these commits for reference [1][2]
