I noticed that rust-bcrypt was lagging behind upstream and is currently listed for adoption (RFA) on the WNPP list (https://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/rfa_bypackage). I have updated the package to version 0.19.0, refreshed the packaging, and I am submitting this as an ITA (Intend to Adopt) to take over its maintenance.
