Tracker says "It is affected by #1136784.".
There has been a FTBFS caused by mosquitto, but that has been fixed.
It's not marked as fixed in vzlogger so the version graph on the bug page shows that the versbion is testing is affected.
If the bug was in mosquitto it should have been reassigned to it and marked as found in it, not in vzlogger. You need to do this now.
