During test_linking run, we see it tries to link libtest_linking_lib1.so but not able to find it since it is not in a usual location for libraries. Adding it to LD_LIBRARY_PATH so tests will be able to find it. This needs to be done together with RPATH fix in rules which would cause incorrect RPATH resulting in test binary.
