Control: tags -1 moreinfo You would have to join the team to have this sponsored as team upload. If you cannot join, please file a bug report asking for the new version and if nobody acts you can ask for this to be sponsored as NMU.
Either way: You have to say explicitly in the changelog "Team upload" or "Non-maintainer upload".
