But misc:Depends is okay to remove, right?
- The dh_gencontrol tool now automatically applies
relationship substvars to relevant fields. That means that
many substvars such as ${misc:Depends} and ${shlibs:Depends}
no longer need to be explicitly mentioned in debian/control.
