New upload of the "stremio" ITP (#943703): a GTK4/libadwaita/WebKitGTK6
rewrite, no longer depending on Qt5 or CEF. Needed 11 new Rust crates,
already merged into debcargo-conf (MR !1342) and in unstable.
sbuild-verified (real compile, no --extra-package needed), lintian and
licensecheck/lrc clean.
