There is no ITP for kdetrayproxy listed at [0]. See [1] and [2] for information about posting an ITP.
Actually I sent an ITP bugreport on monday but got no reply. I just thought I should wait a day or two. I now resent the bugreport and this time it worked.
Please remove the lines of the commented out dh-* programs in debian/rules.
You didn't put the following line in debian/copyright (see [3], [4]):
Copyright (C) 2004 Lubos Lunak <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
There is no "closes: #nnnnnn" in debian/changelog.
Please consider to put the URL of the home page of the package in the description in debian/control [5] [6].
All issues are fixed and updated packages are available: deb http://www.teco.edu/~biebl/debian/ unstable main
