Don't send attachments to the list. This annoys almost anyone subscribed to the list. Instead build the binary and source packages, upload them somewhere (if you don't have a suitable location yourself, mentors.debian.net is made just for this purpose). Then post the URL to get to your package from whatever location you uploaded it to.
Apart from that:
debian/changelog: It's "initial release", not "release initial"
Also, it's not a native package, so the release should be 0.1.4-1 or similar. Also don't forget to move/copy/link the original source archive to tmsnc.
The Standard-Version in debian/control is wrong. That shouldn't be the version of your package, but the version of debian standards it complies to (3.6.1.1 is current IIRC).
Check your package with linda&lintian:
linda -i tmsnc_<version>_<architecture>.changes lintian -i tmsnc_<version>_<architecture>.changes
And fix the issues they report.
