I do not know how the virtual-Package are working, but it should
be
kernel-header-2.6-386
or something similar, because you need only the headers.
So, do something like:
Depends: kernel-header-2.6-386 | kernel-source-2.6

For the kernel-image there is a virtual package but I do not know
exactly, how it works.
